“ONE STOP” shop bridal service experience for my customers.
16 Years of Passion: The Journey to La Rose Flowers and Dresses
Years ago, I was once a bride to be searching for the perfect wedding dress. Like many brides, I found limited options, poor fit, and high prices at local bridal shops. That experience inspired a simple belief, there had to be a better way.
I wanted to create a place where brides could have beautiful, affordable dresses designed for them. That idea led me to study bridal fashion, garment design, and dressmaking. After years of learning, practicing, setbacks, and perseverance, I launched Catherine Bridal on Facebook based out my basement with just 4 sample dresses and a passion to create something different.
Through word of mouth and social media, more brides began to visit. Over time, the vision continued to grow. I expanded into wedding flowers, bridal hair styling, and soft glam makeup to offer a complete and personal bridal experience in one place. Just as important, I began building a team of talented people who care deeply about quality, creativity, and helping clients feel looked after.
In 2022, I opened La Rose Flowers and Dresses in Komoka near West London. Moving the business from my basement into a boutique was a big step, but it allowed me to serve brides in a more meaningful and professional way and continue growing a strong team around the vision.
Many people have asked how I do it all and which service is my favourite. The truth is, I love doing them all as La Rose was not built overnight. It was built step by step through passion, creativity, continuous learning, and the support of a dedicated team and loyal customers.
